Snow

We flew into Seattle on the 18th, well, really, the 19th, just after midnight. We were due in many hours before that, but mechanical delays in New York kept us grounded for awhile. In any event, Stephany, DJ, and I made it to Tacoma just in time to get completely snowed in. It just kept falling!!!

We managed to dig out the driveway enough this morning so that Stephany and DJ could attempt the long drive to Coos Bay, Oregon, to spend Christmas with her family. Hopefully it starts to melt, so that we can have our little family Christmas Eve here in Tacoma. I will be very sad if we don't.

So, for now, I am on my little vacation. I can read some books. relax a bit, help Grandma make cookies, and not have to worry about what DJ is getting into.

Hey, look...I haven't blogged since last month. Things have been really crazy, adjusting to life with DJ's mom home, her new fiance, extra work hours, holidays, blah blah, etc. We leave in a week for Christmas and New Years on the West Coast. YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!

Anyway, I will blog again later, maybe even with some pictures. I'm alive, I'm doing well, just busy and exhausted and honestly, blogging is the furthest thing from my mind at the end of the day.
